Which Should I Choose?

Choose the Gut Clarity Call (30 minutes) if:

You are considering structured support but want reassurance first

Choose the Gut Reclaim Programme (8 weeks) if:

Your symptoms are persistent or complex
You have tried multiple approaches without lasting improvement
You want structured, personalised intervention with follow-up

We understand that committing to a programme can feel like a big step.

If you begin with a Clinical Clarity Session and choose to move into the 8-week programme, then £95 will be fully deducted from the programme fee. You will never pay twice for the same step.

Do I need a diagnosis before booking?

No. Many of our clients have symptoms without a formal diagnosis. If you are unsure whether appropriate medical investigations have been completed, we can guide you.

Will you recommend medical tests?

If we believe further investigation is necessary, we will advise you clearly and help you approach your GP or specialist appropriately. Our role is to complement medical care, not replace it.

Is this therapy?

Our work is grounded in gastrointestinal physiology and gut–brain science. While we consider behavioural and nervous system influences, this is not psychotherapy. It is structured clinical support delivered by Clinical Scientists.

What if my symptoms are complex?

Add an answer to this item.Complex presentations are common in functional gut disorders. Our training allows us to analyse overlapping patterns — motility, hypersensitivity, behavioural reinforcement, medication effects, and nervous system involvement — and create a structured plan.

If we believe another specialist would better support you, we will say so.
